Documents Required From Client

HARVEST STAFFING SERVICES Requires the following documents from the Overseas Employer in order for us to successfully carry out the Recruitment Drive in India:

  • Demand Letter through eMigrate System online for the number of personnel required mentioning, quantity, salary, duration of contract, other benefits, terms & conditions etc.
  • Power of Attorney through eMigrate System online from the ‘Employer’ in the name of York Recruitment, authorizing us to advertise, recruits and deploy the required personnel on their behalf.
  • Employment Contract between the Employer and the Employee.
  • A Copy of the Company’s Commercial License.
  • The FE Must be registered with Indian Missions in their Particular Country.
